The Tennessee Marriage Records show an Alfred Miller married a Mary Ivy on 8 Feb 1891. Since Polly is a nickname for Mary, this could be her.? I am not related nor do I know anything about this family.? Just thought the timing on this was right and could give you a name to start searching.??I also searched the 1900 Campbell Co. census for Alfred Miller and he didn't show up.?
