The only record I have of him is on my fathers birth certificate. His name is Ribe Shepard, and he lists his home as "Jack's Borough, Tenn". I'm sure it should be "Jacksboro, Tenn". He moved to the midwest, Oklahoma/Kansas, sometime around 1935-1938 and was killed in 1940. ANY help I can get with this will be GREATLY appreciated.
