If so, then you might have the right Lewis to begin with. Unfortunately, as far as his parents' parentage is concerned, the censuses previous to the 1850 don't list names except for the Head of Household. Perhaps someone else has access to other records that would show who they are, but with this information you ought to be able to determine whether or not this is the right Lewis. HTH.
