Debra, I would be glad to get that info as a future reference. If only to help someone else. I understand, and I am not for sure but I believe Fielding Lowe to be buried in basically a unmarked grave. For you people familiar with Stinking Creek TN, At I believe Hickory Creek road where it meets the new road north of the Hall cemetery ( towards highway 25 w ) directly on the hill up the bank of the new road is a cemetery. Me and Dave Neely was told about it so we found it and there is a grave with stacked rocks on it. Stacked up, at one time I am sure they were neatly stacked, This grave looks similar to the one in a story about Fielding Lowe in one of Miller McDonalds books on Campbell County. There was a picture with one of Fielding Lowe's descendants standing there and it looked like the same grave. There was also some Carroll's buried there I believe. If one did not know where it is you could not find it. I think it is on the Fielding Lowe tract of land. Just thought I would pass that on. Hi Gerald, in this cemetery you speak of can you tell me the Carroll kinfolk who are buried there? I know that Sarah Bowman Carroll Lowe is buried close to Fielding Lowe. I am curious as to anyother Carrolls who might be there. I am looking particularly for Morton Carroll,Senior. He passed away just around 1840. He supposedly died in Anderson County,Tenn-much confusion lurks about his burial. Many thanks for past information. Hey guys I know exactly where feilding lowe is burried. I have a few photos of his grave and don't mind emailing them. It no longer has his name on the grave but at some point I am sure it did, because it is in one of the old cememtery books of Campbell County. Also, if you read the book "Land of the Lake" by Dr. Ridenour it has many details about fielding, and describes his grave so I am positive it is his. I don't mind sharing photos, and/or showing anyone where his grave is. just email me.
