Dison, 81, of Laurel Grove community, Anna Lee "Muffin" Griffin, 51, of Clinton, Sue Wallace Tutton, 76, of Clinton, Steven Wayne White Sr., 47, of Oak Ridge, Dorothy A. Dison, 81, of Laurel Grove community, died Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004, at her home. She was a member of Laurel Grove Baptist Church, and was a loving mother and grandmother, according to her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, the Rev. Loas Dison, two sons, Chester Dison and Loas Dison Jr., two grandchildren, Chester Lynn Dison and Melissa Dison, and her parents, Isaac and Sarah Jane Brown, and several brothers and sisters. Mrs. Dison is survived by her daughters, Ruby Smith and husband, James, of Laurel Grove community, Brenda Waters and husband, Keith, of Frost Bottom community, Pam Braden and husband, David, of Clinton, Debbie Dison of Laurel Grove community, and Lisa Erickson and husband, Bret, of Georgia; and her sons, the Rev. Lonnie Dison and wife, Pat, of Caryville, Dewey Dison and wife, Bronwyn, of Clinton, and Larry Dison of Oliver Springs. She is also survived by her daughters-in-law, Pearl Dison and Stella Dison, both of Laurel Grove community; her brother, Horace Brown, of Ohio; 19 grandchildren, Cameron, Roger, Paul, Nathan, Rebecca, Dawn, Mark, Aimee, Megan, Bethany, Kayla, Mara, Cole, Corey, Brandy, Frances, Patricia, Marie, and Little Joe; and by several great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many other relatives and friends. The funeral will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2004, at Laurel Grove Baptist Church with the Rev. Jay Braden officiating. Burial will follow at Brown Flats Baptist Church cemetery in Briceville. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 1, 2004, at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City. Anna Lee "Muffin" Griffin, 51, of Clinton, died Friday, October 29, 2004, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. Mrs. Griffin was a member of Mount Sinai Baptist Church in Clinton. She was preceded in death by her father, George Sanders, and a stepdaughter, Dionne "Dee Dee" Griffin. Mrs. Griffin is survived by her husband, James Griffin; her sons, Mark Griffin, of Only, Terry Griffin, of Sneedville, and Carmon Griffin, of Knoxville; her daughters, Jackie LaVerne Threat and husband, Victor, and Dietra Gallaher, all of Oak Ridge, and Lakaisha Gallaher and Anna "Net" Griffin, both of Clinton; and her mother, Ethel Gallaher, of Claxton. She is also survived by her brothers, Eugene Gallaher and wife, Mattie, of Claxton, and Ronnie Hill and James Edward Hill, both of Knoxville; her sisters, Georgia Gallaher, her twin, of Clinton, Jackie Hill and Bobby Underwood, both of Claxton, and Willie Mae Butler and husband, Leonard, of Knoxville; her grandchildren, André, LaReshia, Ebony, Jasmine, and Rejah Gallaher, Kyra Griffin, Demon' Slater and James Martez Griffin; and her great-grandchild, Amani Gallaher. Other survivors include her sisters-in-law, Ruby Evans and Henrietta Caldwell and husband, William, all of Clinton; her brother-in-law, Paul Griffin, of Oak Ridge; her aunt, Emma Kline, of Harriman; her uncles, Fred, Glen, and Remus "Sonny" Gallaher, all of Harriman, and by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends. The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 2, 2004, at Mount Sinai Baptist Church with the Rev. William Caldwell officiating. Burial will be at the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 1 to 2 p.m. on Tuesday at the church. Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of arrangements. Sue Wallace Tutton, 76, of Clinton, died Thursday, Oct. 28, 2004, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was a member of Sinking Springs United Methodist Church in Clinton and very active with the United Methodist Women. She was much loved and will be deeply missed, according to her family. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Milton Tutton; her parents, Alvin and Emma Wallace; and a sister and brother, Frances Wallace and Alvin Wallace Jr. Mrs. Tutton is survived by three sons, Joseph Tutton, of Clinton, Clinton Tutton, of Knoxville, and Samuel Tutton and wife, Liz, of San Diego, Calif.; a daughter, Delora Elder and husband, Kim, of Athens; three grandchildren, Jennifer Zumaya, Steffanie Elder and Adria Tutton; one great-grandchild, Kendra Zumaya; and two sisters, Sara Wallace, of Etowah, and Lillian Proctor of Kingston. The funeral was held Saturday, Oct. 30, 2004, in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton with the Rev. Lisa Stone officiating. Burial was Sunday, Oct. 31, at Sunset Memory Garden in Cartersville, Ga. Steven Wayne White Sr., 47, of Oak Ridge, went into Jesus' loving arms Oct. 29, 2004 at Saint Mary's Hospice in Knoxville. Mr. White was an employee of Vinylex Corp. for 28 years. He was a member of Mount Olive Baptist Church in Clinton and attended Grace Baptist Church in Karns and Calvary Baptist Church in Oak Ridge. He enjoyed deep sea fishing, reading, NASCAR, and was a fan of all University of Tennessee sports. He is survived by his wife, Leah White; two sons, Steven W. White Jr. and wife, Stephanie "Brooke," and Kevin Joseph White, all of Oak Ridge; his parents, J.C. and Alice June White of Clinton; his brother, Bruce Allen White and wife, Amy, of Knoxville; his sister, Angela Gale White, of Knoxville; his granddaughters, Hannah Brooke Sands and Nora Grace White; his nephew, Joey Stewart and wife, Ladeen; his father- and mother-in-law, Joe and Margaret Good, of Knoxville; and his brothers-in-law Joe Good, Perry Good, Mark Good, Tim Good and Mike Good. According to his family, Steve was a loving husband, father, son, brother, and friend, who will be greatly missed. The funeral was held Sunday Oct. 31, 2004, in the chapel of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with the Rev. Dr. Ron Stewart and the Rev. Mike Thomas officiating. A graveside service was to be held at 11 a.m. Monday Nov. 1, 2004, at Woodhaven Memorial Gardens in Claxton.
