She was a member of Moran Baptist Church where she served as Treasure for over 40 years. She was born September 10, 1920 in Anderson County, Tennessee. Preceded in death by: parents; James and Cassie Wise; husbands, Charles R. Hensley and Woodrow Murray. Friday, June 11, 2004 at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton, TN. SHEARER, SARAH B. "TOBY" - age 81 of Clyde, Ohio, passed away Tuesday, June 8, 2004 in Bellevue, Ohio after a lengthy illness. She enjoyed crocheting and playing cards and shuffle board. In her youth she was an avid basketball player. She was a graduate of Jellico High School, Jellico, Tenn. and attended Cumberland College, Williamsburg, Ky. She was employed by Doebel's Flowers in Clyde and later by Green Hill Golf Course and Olen Mills Photography. In later years she worked at the Holiday Inn in Fremont, Ohio as a Hostess, retiring in 1984. She was preceded in death by parents, A.B. and Carrie Davis Witt; sisters, Madeline Burket, Irene Witt; brother, John Witt. Survivors: husband, Howard W. Shearer; sons, William *Yvonne) Shearer, Clyde, Ohio, Ricky Shearer, Green Springs, Ohio; daughters, Sara Sue (Gary) Hollingsworth, Clyde, Ohio, Teresa (Bruce) Durnwald, Vickery, Ohio; 13 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
