Can someone help this man find the artical he is looking for? Thank you. My Grandfather, William John Sharp, was killed in an auto accident when the car he was in was run off the road on Highway 25 just 4 miles north of La Follette. His neck was broken and he either died instantly or at the hospital in La Follette. This happened on November 22, 1936. What I am trying to find out is where can I find someone to look up the article of this accident in the archives of the local newspaper. I am not sure if the La Follette Press was in business or not in 1936 but surely there was a newspaper there. I need to know who else was in the car with him and if anyone else was injured. My Uncle Charles Sharp drove down from Kalamazoo Michigan to take the body back there to be buried. I found the report of his death in the Archives of the Kalamazoo Gazette but it gave no details of the accident other then it happened 4 miles North of La Follette and his body was taken to the Ager M Med Co Funeral Home in La Follette, TN. My Grandmother Susie Belle (Jacobs) Sharp may have been with him, I do not know. He also may have been traveling with two of his sons Martin and Leo Sharp. He was aprox. 68 years old at the time. William was said to be going to La Follette to visit relatives. I am not sure if he was just getting there or was leaving after visiting there. If you can advise me in what direction to go I would appreciate it. Hugh Holden, Seven Valleys, PA
