She was preceded in death by: her husband, Robert (Bob) David; her parents, Joseph & Martha Ellison Blair; sister, Virginia Short; half brothers, Charles Lee Blair & George Arnold Blair; half sisters, Stella Blair Stecker & Mattie Bess Stecker. Carrie was a member of the Pennington Gap Methodist Church and the Eastern Star. She is survived by: her daughter & son-in- law, Diane & Gerald Creech; grandchildren, Allison Campbell & husband Brian Campbell, Jonathan Creech & wife Brook Miller Creech; great grandchildren, Madison & Mason Campbell; niece, Charalta Blair Carter: & nephews, Larry Short & Denny Short. Graveside service will be at 11:00 am Saturday (8-21-04) at Lee Memorial Gardens in Woodway, VA., with Paul Davis, Jr., Rev. Tom Reed officiating.
