She was preceded in death by: her husband, Herbert B. Diggs. She is survived by: a son, Steve Diggs and his wife Bonnie; daughters, Shirley Collins and Sharon Clayton her husband David; 9 grandchildren; 2 sisters; a sister-in-law and a brother-in-law. Funeral services will be Tuesday, February 17, 2004 at 8:00 p.m. at Weatherford Mortuary with Harold Scott and James Lampley, ministers of New York Avenue Church of Christ, officiating. Graveside services are Wednesday at 10:00 a.m. at Oak Ridge Memorial Park. The family will receive friends on Tuesday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Weatherford Mortuary, Oak Ridge.
