Housley age 78 of Jacksboro Jessie Hanjora Jackson age 60, of LaFollette Maggie Mazingo King, age 80, of Jellico Hazel Ruth Lay, age 80 of Chatsworth, GA formerly of Campbell County Alma Kathleen Kitts Musick, age 63, of Columbus, Oh, formerly of Jellico, Delores Nolan, age 59 of Knoxville Bessie Irene Hale Taylor, age 95, of Jellico Sarah Martina Graves Tomasello, age 40 of LaFollette Ted Williams age 46 of Jacksboro \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\ Robert William Anderson, died Feb. 16. He was born Feb. 9, 1931 to Ernest Clinton and Cloe Burchfield Anderson in Ector, Tx. He grew up in Ector and Bohan, TX and graduated from Bonham High School. He attended Texas A&M University and graduated in 1951. He served as second lieutenant in the Korean War later being promoted to first lieutenant. He married Marguerite Hammett Dec. 23, 1955. He moved to Middlesboro with his family from Abilene, TX in March, 1968 to operate Mingo Mountain Coal Company. He later operated mines in Pikeville, KY and Lake City. He was a consultant with Hydrotex of Dallas, TX at the time of his death. In the past he was active in Middlesboro Little Theater, a past president of Middlesboro Chamber of Commerce and a member of Rotary. He attended St. Julian Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife of 48 years, Marguerite; son, Robert Clinton Anderson II and wife Janine of Baku, Azerbaijan, son, John Dwain Anderson and wife Katherine and children Jonathon and Austin of LaFollette. Funeral mass was Feb. 19 at St. Julian Catholic Church with Father Jerome Stern and Father Vern Hogan officiating. Interment was in the Green Hill Cemetery. Shumate Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Becki Huckaby Artz, age 42 of LaFollette died Feb. 19 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. She attended West Walden Church of God. She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was preceded in death by Parents: John and Mae Gilman Starr.Survivors include her husband, Barchal Artz; son, Gregory Brian Huckaby; daughter, Rebecca Ashley Huckaby; grandchildren, Haven Brianna Huckaby and Lakyn Starr Huckaby all of LaFollette; brothers: Henry and John JR. Starr; sister: Mary Puckett all of OH; mother-in-law; Effie Hooks; father-in-law: Barchal Artz both of LaFollette; and a host of several friends and other relatives. Funeral Services were Feb. 22 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. J. R. Kitts officiating. Interment was in Campbell Memorial Gardens. Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Roy Leon Blankenship, age 71, of Caryville, died Feb. 19. He was a member of First Baptist Church, Caryville. Preceded in death by his father, Archie Blankenship; half sister, Lillian Burress; brother, Archie Blankship, Jr. Survivors include his mother, Martha Blankenship, Caryville; brothers, Carl and wife Nora Blankenship, Jacksboro, Jerry and wife, Una McKinney, Hawaii; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were Feb. 21 at Cross Chapel with Rev. Keith Massengale officiating. Interment was in Campbell Memorial Gardens. Cross Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Chester W. Campbell, age 68 of LaFollette died Feb. 18 at the U.T. Medical Center in Knoxville. He was of the Holiness faith. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and great great grandfather who enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed the mountains and all of outdoors. Preceded in death by great great grandson, Matthew Logan Claborn; parents, Frank and Bessie Marie Heatherly Campbell; brother, George Campbell. Survivors include his wife, Katharine Hopkins Campbell; son, Charles Campbell both of LaFollette; daughter, Gloria Ann Prim of Jacksboro; five grandchildren; four great grand children; brothers, Dillard and Paul Campbell both of LaFollette, Lester, James, and Silas Campbell all of Oak Ridge, Matthew Campbell of Lake City; sisters: Evelyn McCulley and Francis Lovely both of LaFollette; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services were Feb. 21 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Dilbeck officiating. Interment was in Peabody Cemetery. Martin Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements. Dolly Lou Cooley, age 53 of Caryville, formerly of Dayton, OH died Feb. 20at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Campbell County. She was of the Holiness faith. She was a good housekeeper, mother, wife and friend. Preceded in death by her mother, Louise Carroll Caldwell. Survivors include her husband, Ben F. Cooley of Caryville; son, Tommy Lee Cooley of Dayton, OH; daughter, Angel Louise Cooley; grandson: Rubin Cain Franklin Woble; father: Tommy Caldwell; brothers: Lonnie and Raymond Andrew Caldwell all of Caryville; sister: Dorothy Mae Green of Jacksboro; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral Services were Feb. 22 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Junior Dilbeck and Rev. Lloyd Campbell officiating. Interment was the in Carroll Cemetery. Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. George Delynn Ford, age 72 of LaFollette died Feb. 21 at the Sun Bridge Nursing Home. He loved to trade knives and guns and spend time with his family. He was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Ford; parents, John & Mazie Heatherly Ford; sister, Ester Hicks. Survivors include his sons, Jerry, Danny, and Mark Ford all of LaFollette. Rick Ford, Jacksboro; daughters, Clita White, Duff & Janice Birchfield, LaFollette; sister, Marie Carroll, LaFollette; 15 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren & a host of other relatives & friends. Funeral services were Feb. 24 at the Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Ray Graham officiating. Interment was in the Hicks Cemetery. Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Patricia Ann Grace, age 72 of Jacksboro died at her home on Feb. 22. She was of the Catholic Faith. She was very close to the Lord and is with him now. Preceded in death by her parents, Kelly R. and Ruth Boruff Hall. Survivors include her daughter, Sherrie Kudla; grandchildren, Nicole and Rachel Kudla all of Stockton, CA; brother and sister-in-law, George and Irene Hall of Jacksboro, nieces and nephew: Laura, Lisa and Tom Hall; and a host of other relatives and friends. She was a very dedicated faithful member of the Vasper Missionary Baptist Church. She sang for the Glory of God her entire life and loved the Lord Jesus Christ with all her heart, mind, and soul. She loved to cook, travel, and shop. She also loved to spend time with her fammily and friends. Preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Ruth Halstead abney; Brother, Clyde Dabney, W.T.Dabney, Charles Dabney. Survivors include her husband of 56 years: James Housley of Jacksboro; daughter and son in law, Connie and Dr. James R. Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Jessie Hanjora Jackson age 60, of LaFollette died Feb. 22 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge. She was of the Baptist faith. She loved to go camping, cooking, fishing and playing pool. She also loved spending time with her family and friends. She was a charter member of the Eagles Lodge. Preceded in death by her parents, Louie and Maude Smith Perry; sisters, Rosetta Brown and Verna Eckhart. Survivors include her husband, Ed Edgbert Jackson of LaFollette; sons, Elmer Frank Hanjora of LaFollette, Joseph Raymond Hanjora of Toledo, Ohio and Richard Hanjora of Panama City, Florida; daughter, Robin Siler of LaFollette; nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brothers, Roy Perry and John Taylor Perry both of Corbin, KY., and Louie Perry, Jr. of LaFollette; sisters, Betty Lance of Toledo, Ohio, Joyce Brown of Dearborne Mi, Lela Shelton of Toledo, Ohio and Darlene Lawson of Williamsburg, KY; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. Maggie Mazingo King, age 80, of Jellico died Feb. 18 at Beech Tree Manor Nursing Home. She was a member of High Cliff Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her parents, Roe and Josie Mazingo; husband, Everett King; infants, Clyde Edward and Patsy Elaine; brothers, Jess, Bill, Henry, Dee and Charlie Mazingo; sister, Stella Leach. Survivors include her son, Danny King, Oliver Springs; four grandchildren; special niece, Geneva Teague, Duff; several nieces nephews. Hazel Ruth Lay, age 80 of Chatsworth, GA formerly of Campbell County died at her home on Feb. 22. She was a member of the Straight Fork Missionary Baptist Church. Preceded in death by her husband: G. B. Lay; parents, James and Mary Patton; sisters, Cora Burchfield Stonephiefer and Minnie Jones; brothers, Ezra, Will and Jerome Patton. Survived include her sons and daughters-in-law, Glen and Ann Lay of Jacksboro, Roger and Barbara Lay, Jimmy and Debra Lay, Son, Benny Lay all of Chatsworth, GA; nine grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. She was born Sept. 15, 1940 at Jellico, the daughter of the late Clyde and Blanche Bowlin Kitts. Survivors include her husband, Jerry L. Musick; son and daughter-in-law, Jerry D. and Susan Musick; daughters and sons-in-law, Barbara and Kevin Ward, Deborah and Ronal Tuten and Tonya Brown; grandchildren, Samantha Lynn, Sunnie Wray, Taylor Marie, Ashleigh, Devin, Coady, Cori, Nicole and Natalie; brothers and sisters-in-law, Clyde and Freda Kitts, Fl, Siler G. and Ricki, In, James C. and Ruth, Tn, Carl E. and Gail Kitts, Tn; mother-in-law, Lucy Musick, Jellico. Delores Nolan, age 59 of Knoxville passed away Monday, February 23, 2004 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Knoxville. She was of the Baptist Faith. Mrs. Nolan enjoyed being with her family and friends especially her grandbabies .Preceded in death by her husband, Tom Nolan; father: Robert Petree. Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Ronnie and Wanda Baird and Ricky and Jodi Nolan all of Knoxville; sons, Billy and Bobby Baird; daughters: Brenda Madison and Linda Baird all of LaFollette, Lisa Baird of Lake City, Debbie Nolan of Knoxville; 13 grandchildren; mother, Jessie Petree of LaFollette; brother, James Petree of LaFollette; a host of other relatives and Friends.Funeral Services will be 1 p.m. Feb. 27 in the Chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home with Rev. Delmus Bruce officiating. Interment will follow in Campbell Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Martin Wilson Funeral Home. Taylor; son, Billy Paul Taylor; parents, Thomas and Parrie Coleburn Hale; seven brothers and three sisters. Survivors include her son, Donald Taylor, Jellico; daughter, Arta Faye Pace, Jellico; five grandchildren and several great grandchildren; sisters, Ruth Griffey, Cincinnati, Oh, Eva Hale, Cincinnati, Oh; sisters-in-law, Mary Ann Werkm Lester, Jellico and Lillie Hale, Williamsburg, Oh; several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Sarah Martina Graves Tomasello, age 40 of LaFollette died Feb.18 at the St. Mary's Medical Center of Knoxville. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and daughter who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She was loved by all.Preceded in death by her father, Arvle Woodrow Tidwell. Survivors include her husband, Michael Tomasello; daughters: Heather Graves and Amber Leann Graves; grandson, Calabe Seth Graves all of LaFollette ; mother, Roswitha Erhardt; brothers, Thomas Tidwell of GA; Woodrow Tidwell of LaFollette; sister, Roswitha Tidwell of SC; grandmother: Sarah Johnson of LaFollette; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends. No funeral services are planned. Martin Wilson Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements. Ted Williams age 46 of Jacksboro died Feb. 20. He was a member of East LaFollette Baptist Church. He was a loving and caring father for his daughters and a great friend to anyone he knew. He was a father and friend to many others. He was a veteran of the US Army and a member of the 82nd Airborne Division. He had an expert badge with M16 rifle, M50 Machine gun, a parachute badge, a first class qualification badge with a M203 grenade launcher. He was a detective of Campbell County Sheriff Department, a 2nd degree black belt and karate instructor. Preceded in death by parents: Charles and Helen Marie Benge Williams; brother: Larry Williams. Survivors include his daughters: Alicia and Lauren Williams of LaFollette; son, Cameron of LaFollette; special loving friend: Leatha Williams of LaFollette; brothers: David Williams of Jacksboro; Frank Williams of LaFollette, sisters: Carolyn Gibson, Gail Perkins, Diane Davis, Charlene Sanders all of LaFollette, Pat Ward of Jacksboro. father and mother in law; Randall and Clara Edwards of LaFollette; several nieces and nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
