EDITH HAMBY - age 88, of Harriman, VAUGHN, RUTH MILLER - age 76 of Orange Park, FL, formerly of Lake City CROSS, MICHELLE A. - age 40, of Clinton, Tenn. Formerly of Gallatin, Tenn. passed away Saturday, October 23, 2004 at Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tenn. Michelle was a member of Memorial United Methodist Church in Clinton, Tenn. Jones Mortuary in Clinton, Tenn. in charge of all arrangements. Arrangements were incomplete at press time and will be announced later by Jones Mortuary. GREENE, SHERRY LYNNE WHITE - age 46 of LaFollette, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at her home. She was of the Baptist faith. Sherry was a loving daughter, sister, mother and aunt who enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed life and was a friend to all. Preceded in death by father, Jack H. White; grandparents, Ona Mae Gross, Perry Gross, Lewis and Lou White. Survived by son, Christopher Len White of Atlanta, Ga.; mother, Novella Gross White; sisters, Shelia and Sharon White; nephew, Tyler White; special friend, Terry Saunders all of LaFollette and a host of other relatives and friends. Memorial services will be 8 p.m. Monday, October 27, 2004 in Martin Wilson Chapel with Rev. Randy Comer officiating. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. before funeral services. Martin Wilson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. STRINGFIELD, MRS. EDITH HAMBY - age 88, of Harriman, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2004 at the Harriman Care and Rehabilitation Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Stringfield. The family will receive friends Monday October 25, 2004 from 6-8 p.m. at Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. Funeral services will follow at 8 p.m. with Rev. Eddie Neely officiating. Family and friends will meet at 11 a.m. Tuesday morning in Roane Memorial Gardens for graveside services. Arrangements by Davis Funeral Home, Harriman. VAUGHN, RUTH MILLER - age 76 of Orange Park, FL, formerly of Lake City passed away Tuesday, October 19, 2004 at the Community Hospice of North East FL. Mrs. Vaughn was an avid bowler and was Nursery Teacher and Bowling Instructor at Bowl America. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend and will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her. Survivors: husband of 55 years, Raymond C. Vaughn; daughters, Joyce Freeman & husband Chuck, Mary Meredith; sisters, Margurette Spaur & husband Ron, June Robbins & Husband Jim; grandchildren, Dawn Carlson, Robert Coffey and Jane Meredith; great grandson, William Carlson; special friend, Ruby Marsee; many other family members and friends.
