Claude Nelson, Hazel Minnie, age 74 of Riverside, passed away Thursday, October 21, 2004. Hazel was born in Oakdale, TN, February 21, 1930, formerly employed at McCalls and preceded in death by her first husband, Henry C. Kelly. Survived by her beloved husband, Omer; daughters, Shirley Johnson, Mildred VanFossen and Barbara Boggs; son, William Kelly; step-children, Glen Nelson, Judy Mahaffey, Harold, Mike and Penny Nelson; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren; sister, Ethel Hines and numerous other relatives and friends. Funeral service 1:30 P.M. Monday at the GEORGE C. MARTIN FUNERAL HOME, "Northridge Chapel", 5040 Frederick Pk. at Needmore Rd. Pastor Thomas Bowman officiating. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
