Kenneth Lay, former ceo of Enron, was indicted in Houston on July 7, 2004 and surrendered to the FBI on July 8th. Ken's father, a Baptist minister, left Campbell County for Texas in the 1940s.

Don't know if you have the facts right on Lay's father. He may have came from Campbell Co. but he came to Mo. He did go to Texas Co. and lived in a small bump in the road called Tyrone. He had a store of some kind there and then after a short time, the family moved to St Louis, Mo. I'm pretty sure this is right because I live in Texas Co. and there was an article in the local paper about Ken Lay's family living here.
