    3. Milly, I went and checked out this site... but it says you have to be an ohio resident to be able to get a card. Is there someplace I should be looking for an out of state card?     3. Heritage quest is a service that your local library has access to, you have to ask if they have it, or will get it for you, then you can access it at home if you want.
