You can try the Campbell County Historical Society and/or the Campbell County Health Department. The historical society will look up the records for you, for a fee. I do not know if the Health dept. will look them up for you, but I do know that they have an archive of certificates. Also, the LaFollette Press has books of presses dating back to 1970. I know it's not a lot of help if you're not in the area, but it is a place to start. Hope it helps. Laura
