He was a retired Coal Miner. Preceded in death by Parents; Caswell & Sally Ann Lay Barnes. Survivors: Wife: Elizabeth Williams Barnes; Son Kermit & Ken Barnes, both of Sidney, Ohio; Daughters: Judy Boruff, Morristown, Vickie Perron, Dania, Fla.; 16 Grandchildren Several Great-Grandchildren. Funeral Service: 4 p.m. Saturday Cross Chapel Rev. Charlie Wilson officiating.
