    3. Hi Joan, Sorry to hear your son who lives in Fla sustained damage to his home from Charlie and Frances. As for relationship to Anderson County,Tenn. I belive we are. At least to the ones on the 1830 and 1840 Censuses- Carrolls and Langley who was a Carroll. They are a stumbling block for some parts. I am also trying to track down Tempy Carroll who is Julian Carroll Langley's mother. Wm, Jessee ,and John, and Morton Carroll are brothers Julian's husband is Joseph Langley. I believe Wm is their oldest brother. It is believed that Thomas was Tempy's husband but all is not clear. Thanks for the note and we will pray that your son and his family are safe and able to do what is best.
