From The Knoxville News Sentinel 26 Sep 2004 MOODY, EVELYN P. - age 90 of Harriman MOSS, JULIA TURMAN - age 87 formerly of Oak Ridge, WILSON, JUANITA NAOMI MAY age 79, MOODY, EVELYN P. - age 90 of Harriman passed away Saturday September 25, 2004 at home. A member of Riverside Baptist Church, she was active in the W.M.U. Preceding Mrs. Moody in death were her husband, Herschel S. Moody; parents, Clarence and Grace Parrish; brother, Fletcher Parrish; and sisters, Geraldine Green and Helen Luker. Survivors: daughters Elaine Stafford and husband, Henson of Harriman, Martha Ivory and husband, Dennis of Church Hill, TN; sons David Moody and wife, Jeanette of Pickens, SC, Paul Moody and wife, Brenda of Tennessee Ridge, TN, John Moody and wife, Chieko of Portsmouth, VA, Phillip Moody and wife, Frances of Reidville, SC, Dan Moody and wife, Kessa of Glasgow, KY; sisters Eloise Tate of Valencia, CA, Doris Keny of Lewisburg, TN, Norma Sanders of Harriman; brother James Parrish of Knoxville, TN; 16 grandchildren and 16 great- grandchildren. Graveside Service 3:00 PM Monday at Harriman City Cemetery with Reverend Paul Moody officiating. Funeral services will be held Sunday September 26, 2004 at 2 pm in the chapel of Martin Oak Ridge Funeral Home with Graham McKay officiating. Interment to follow at Anderson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Sunday from 1 to 2 pm at the funeral home. WILSON, JUANITA NAOMI MAY age 79, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 19, 2004 at St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville. She was the 4th child born to Frank and Laura May. She is survived by: daughters and sons-in- law, Wilma & Elmer Cole of Hixson, TN, Rissa & Alvin Ward of Jacksboro, Dodie & Wally Reed of LaFollette, Doris & George Stanfield of LaFollette; 9 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; sister, Frankie Hatmaker of Baltimore, Md; brother, Bobby May of Jacksboro, several nieces and nephews and extended family and friends. She was loved by many and will be missed by all. Family and friends will meet at 7pm, on Thursday, September 23rd at Jacksboro First Baptist Church for receiving of friends and memorial service at 8pm. In order to help others her last wishes were to have her body donated to UT Medical Science.
