He was born September 22, 1905 in the Murrayville Community of Campbell County, TN to the late Eligah and Parlie Lindsay Hatmaker. He was of the Baptist faith. Fred was owner of Lake City Auto Parts, known locally as Hatmaker's Junkyard, for more than 30 years. He is preceded in death by: his parents; wife, Lucille Sellers Hatmaker. Survivors: sons & daughters-in-law, Ottis Hatmaker & Janet, Noblesville, IN, Harold Hatmaker & Carol, Lake City; daughter & son-in-law, Carolyn Cox & Bruce, Caryville; grandchildren, Glenn Hatmaker & wife Betty, Indianapolis, IN, David Hatmaker & wife Chalyn, Anderson, IN, Kathryn Gipson & husband Brad, Zionsville, IN, Wendi Arnold & husband Gary, Knoxville, TN, Kevin Blue, Lake City, TN; great grandchildren, Brandon, Koty, D.J. & Brendon Hatmaker, David, Dylon, Daniel Arnold, Jack & Sam Gipson. NEWMAN, CLARK L. - age 88, of Knoxville, passed away Friday, September 24, 2004 at home. He was a member of Unity Church of Knoxville, Bright Hope Lodge, Scottish Rite, and Kerbella Shrine Temple. He retired from Union Carbide Y- 12 Plant. Survived by: wife of 64 years, Doris Joann Newman of Knoxville; daughter, Vicki Pegram; grandchildren, Kelli Fries and husband Chris, Bobby Pegram and wife Peggy, Susan Lowman and husband Darren; great grandchildren, Hillarie, Colton, Corey, Lauren, Madison, Brittany, Blake, Jessica, Daniel, and Michael all of Salisbury, NC; brother, Harry S.
