The people have spoken. The people WON today!!!!! The KY Senate sent HB 100 back to Committee, essentially killing the Bill. To all of you who responded with calls and emails, thank you. It was your initiative that helped cause its defeat. We can all rest a little easier tonight. This does not mean that it will not resurface in similar form in the 2005 Legislative Session of KY and every other state. It is being spearheaded by our pals at Homeland Security who have been taking McCarthy lessons. Find out when your State Session begins, ends, and what is going on throughout the entire process.
