    3. Hi Marion, Just started concentrating on the PARKS line, been spending most of my efforts on PAUL and BIGGS. I will contact Nell to see if she has any info on this PARKS family. I would appreciate a copy of the PARKS article from the Heritage book. Is there any information in the Heritage book on my gg-grandfather, George Williamson PAUL. His farm was near Benton and bordered the Ocoee 1850 - 1899? I would also be interested in anything on George PAUL's father-in-law, William McClure BIGGS. I understand that he held several public offices during the early days of Polk Co. I have some 1905 era Cleveland TN newspaper clippings that my g-grandfather (James Temple PAUL) collected regarding Polk Co. I will try to make a copy of these and get them to you. Thanks for you help, Ron Evans 7737 Cranley Road Powell, TN 37849 > -----Original Message----- > From: Marian Presswood [mailto:presswood@wingnet.net] > Sent: Monday, September 21, 1998 6:42 PM > To: rpevans@worldnet.att.net > Subject: Your Parks Pol k Folk > > > Hi Ron, > > I've seen your name on a couple of lists asking about your Polk Parks, > and wondered if I had ever told you the name of someone who has done > much Parks research.
