Hi, Am looking for info on the family of Rev. John Burk(e), b. 1806, VA, was baptized at Salem Church in McMinn County in 1833, later became a Baptist minister. Pastored Antioch, Blue Springs, and other churches. Was moderator of Ocoee Association for several years. Owned a farm at Red Clay and had several children.
