Normally I would agree with you totally. However, if someone is doing something unethical like harvesting info from other websites or lists without permission I think it is something we should all be aware of so we can decide how much, if anything, we will share with that person. I am not taking sides here, I don't know the person who is supposedly doing this. But I am aware of the possibility of a problem now, and I think that is a good thing.
