Jean, I have some ORR, McCULLEY and FROW connections in Blount County as well. My gg-grandfather Benjamin Alexander ORR married Eliza Wood McCULLEY 6 May 1850. Eliza was the daughter of John B. McCULLEY Jr. and Eleanor FROW. Benjamin's brother, James K. ORR, married Martha S. McCULLEY 28 Jan 1858. Let me know if any of this connects with your family.
