There are a BUNCH of Mitchells from there. I am searching for a Golden F. Mitchell myself. I believe i have corresponded with you form the Mitchell list at rootsweb. My MItchell lived in calloway county ky. which is right next to trigg- Land Between the Lakes area dividing it all. Golden lived in the area nearest the water. The Golden Pond area of trigg county and Calloway co. had alot of Mitchells. Golden was born in 1822 in Alabama. Moved to Ky in abt 1840-50. Maybe he was related to the ones already there i dont know yet.I think sam f.Mitchell and Golden f. MItchell were brought by aliens!!!!!!!!!!!! Do you think he was born in Benton county?
