The 1860 census indicates that Mary Eliza.(Etheridge) Robinson was born in NC. An Elijah Ethridge and a Nancy Ethridge were listed in the 1830 HN census. Nancy had a child that age. Their was an Elijah in Wsh County, NC in 1810. 1800 Currituck & Edgecome, & Nash County had a lot of Etheridges. Did your MS branch come from there? Have you seen the Ten Generations of Etheridge by Faae Alice Ethridge? I don't have access to it, it is suppose to be about the NC Ethridge's.
