Toni, This all seems to jive. Yes, Milly (Amelia) , Nancy and Martha are all sisters and daughters of Enoch Deason and Rebecca? I have Rebecca's maiden name here somewhere. I have returned to work recently and I have fallen wayyyy behind on my genealogy. This week-end, I will try to see what else I may have on the people you listed. I am looking for proof that my Enoch Deason Rushing is the son of John and Milly Rushing. There are about 7 or 8 Enoch Deason Rushings in this line. They are either sons of grandsons of Martha and Nancy. I just need proof that John and Milly also named a son born in 1820/21 Enoch Deason. It was NOT uncommon in that time for brothers to name sons the same name. I found proof of that when I found all the other Enoch Deason Rushings. My E D R was in Fayette/Tuscaloosa Al. in 1853 for sure. He may have been here earlier. I find him listed on the 1860 census but nothing before that. Any help will be much appreciated.
