Lee: I did some more looking and found in Volume II of "Families and Histories of Benton County" a good bit of information on the Alsup line. It is as follows: Margaret Josephine Alsup b 7-15-1856 d 8-23-1941 Benton County, Tn was the fifth child of David Alsup b 1827 Henry County, Tn and his second wife, Caroline L, Graham b 1825 in Henry County, Tn (dau of John Graham). David and Caroline had eight children. David was the son of Samuel Alsup and Susan ???. I don't have info any further back on this line. I do have the names of the brothers and sisters of Margaret Josephine and the husbands and wives. Let me knw if I can be of further assistance. Ed Oxford "Lee B.
