I have been searching for information about the parents of Delia BARNES for many years. She was born Dec 11, 1890 and died Aug 13, 1980. Her death certificate lists her father as James Harvey BARNES. No mother is listed. A marriage license in Benton County, TN was issued for James Harvey BARNES and Margaret Josephine ALSUP on Dec 30, 1888. This would be about the correct time frame. Do any you have any information about Margaret Josephine ALSUP? I also found a listing of marriages where Elijah ALSUP served as a Justice of the Peace for a marriage of C.H. Crossno. The Delia that I am searching for information on married Wyle Benjamin CROSSNOE. They lived in Perry County, TN. Perhaps I am just hoping but these are the first clues I have had in a while.
