    2. Looking for the parents of Delila Moore born about 1848, married Robert Nathaniel Bradford November 27, 1866. She deceased May 1876 in Holladay, TN leaving 4 children. She was my great grandmother. Also Betsy Jane Bradford married Benjamin Moore February 10, 1868 in CR. Jane Bradford married William Joseph Moore on July 24, 1869. This family went to Texas and lived around Fort Worth. Married in Benton County. I believe that both Moore's were brothers to my great grandmother. Any leads will be appreciated. James E. 1. [TNBENTON] HALL - John S.
    2. Jeanette: If you are researching HALLs, would you have anything on John S. "Jack" HALL (1851-1911) who married 5 Nov 1871 in Benton County to Martha Ann Francis BEASLEY? I have twelve children listed for them but little about those children, and nothing on Jack's parentage. Be happy to share what I have - thanks. Jean S. 2. I really wish this list was set up differently - now half of Tennessee knows I called my ggrandfather a 'schumck.' Wait til this gets back to the family! Karla

    2. Jean, The only Atchison I have is Martha Jane (b. abt 1842) who married William S. Barger in Benton County 17-Jun-1860. They are shown in the 1860 Benton County census, but by 1861 they were in Paducah, KY. William and Martha Jane divorced in 1868 and 1869. He married my gggrandmother 13 days after he divorced Martha Jane (and 21 days after his 5-yr-old daughter died!). I shouldn't judge the man - I don't know the whole story - but he appears to be a schumck. I have wanted to know what happened to Martha Jane after the divorce and why it appears that their daughter, Mary Ann, lived with the Bargers. She certainly wasn't given to William in the divorce settlement. Jeanette Piekenbrock is researching the Atchisons. Have you asked her about your Martha Jane and Jesse? Thank you for contacting me.
