She is (really was) my sister in law (We were married to brothers 19 years ago). Mark and Debbie got married in 2006 (off the top of my head). Debbie's husband Charles Raymond Carter died of cancer at the age of 41? (almost 42) and left her with 3 children to raise. Mark and Debbie live in the old Cook house. They built on to it... Debbie has the flair to really decorate. This old house is really a show place now. Hugh kitchen, with a double refridgerator (Debbie likes to cook <grin>). When Marks grandmother passed away, I realized my sister in law became my cousin.... We decided Mark would just have to become my brother in law.... We really confuse people with "just how kin are you". __________________ Nashville Banner, July 6, 2004 Charles R. (Charlie) CARTER July 3, 2004 Unionville, TN July 3, 2004.
