    3. These will are at the County Court Clerks office in a book. If you are local I think they will do pages for .50 a page. If you don't mind a transcribed copy I have a roll of micro film with them on it. (cheapest way to buy). I don't have a copier on my micro film viewer and this roll is bigger than my screen so I can't take pictures of the pages; However I can type them and send them E mail. I read the G. Tucker and was trying to figure out if he was kin to Herman Tucker. Seemed like his wifes name was Ada. I direct that all of my just debts, including funeral expense and expense of adminstration, be paid by my Executrix, hereinafter named, as soon afer my death as practicable 11. I give, devise and bequeath to my wife, Ada Tucker, all the rest and residue of my property, both real and personal. 111. I nominate and appoint my wife, Ada Tucker, Executrix of this my last will, and relieve her from the necessity of giving bond, or making settlement with the County Court of Bedford County. Item 1. I direct that all my just debts, including my funeral expenses be paid by my Executor. Item 11. For the love and affection I have for my beloved wife, Hettie Dixon Winn, I give, devise and bequeath to her my residence, which I am using as my home, for and during her natural life, which is described and designated by me as lot No. 1, and bounded as follows. Beginning at the intersection of Owen Street, formerly Marshall Street, and Elliot Streets and running thence in a Southernly direction along a rock wall with Owen Street to a post where a board fence runs East, this fence being a partition fence between Lot No 1 and Lot No 2 hereinafter described, all of said fencing referred to being onLot No. 1; thence in an Easternly direction with said board fence about fifty feet to theend of said fence; thence in a South Eastern direction with a board fence containing four set-offs to the Northwest corner of a coalhouse; thence in an Easternly direction with the North side of the Coalhouse to the Northeast corner of same; thence in a Southern direction with the back or East side of said coal house to a stake at the Northern edge of a driveway or alley in the Northwest property line fo Mrs. R.W. Within one year after my death I hereby authorize and empower my Executor to sell either publicly or privately and on terms he may deem to the best interest of my estate, and do clothe him with authority to execute a deed to the purchaser to the following house and lot which I have designated as Lot No. 2, bounded as follows. Beginning at a stake in the Northern edge of a fifteen foot driveway or alley, whre same intersects Owen Street, formerly Marshall Street, and running thence in a Northern direction with Owen Street about 50 feet to a post where a board fence runs East, same being the Sourhtwest corner of lot No. 1; thence in an Eastern direction with said board fence about 50 feet to the end of said fence; thence in a Southeastern direction with a board fence containing four set-off's to the Northwest corner of a coal house; thence in an Eastern direction with the North side of the coal house to the Northeast corner of same; thence in a Southern direction with the back or East side of said Coal house to a stake at the Northern edge of a driveway or alley in the Northwest property line of Mrs. R.W.Dixon and Hettie Dixon Winn; thence in a Western direction along the North edge of said 15 footdriveway or alley to the beginning corner. Winn, Deceased - page 114) With the proceeds of the sale I direct my Executor to pay all of my just debts as set out in Item 1 of this will, to comply with Item V1 and if there is a remainder of the proceeds of the sale, after paying said indebtedness, I give and bequeath the remainder of said proceeds of the sale of Lot No. 2 to my beloved wife, Hettie Dixon Winn without any limitations Item V At the death of my wife I direct, authorize and empower my Executor if living, and my Administrator with the will annexed, to sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder, after twenty days advertisement by printed hand bills, on terms of one-third cash, balance in one and two years, taking notes for the deferred payments, bearing interest from date, retaining a lien onthe premises and as additional security requiring the purchaser to keep the building located on the premises insured in a sufficient sum to protect the deferred payment purchase money notes, the house and lot described above as Lot No. 1, and to execute a deed to the purchaser or purchasers conveying title. Of the net proceeds of said sale I give and bequeath a one-sixth to my son, Robert Winn, a one-sixth to my son Horace Winn, a one-sixth to my son, John Winn,, a one-sixth to my son Homer Winn, a one-sixth to my son Elgin Winn and a sixth to my son, Ollie Winn, these being my six sons and in the event of any one of my sons should die prior to my death leaving any child or children, I will and bequeath to such child or children of any deceased son a one-sixth of the net proceeds of the sale of Lot No. 1. Item V1 I direct my Executor to within one year after my death to purchase a suitable monument, similar to the one now on my lot at the cemetery, and erect same at my grave, the cost to be paid out of my estate. Item Vll In the event the house located on Lot No. 2 should be destroyed by fire or otherwise after my death and before any sale by my Executor, I direct him to collect the insurance on said house and apply the same to the payment of my debts and comply with Item six. I further direct him to sell the lot as per method of sale, with power to execute ded as provided in Item V and if after paying my debts there remains in his hands any of the insurance money or the sale of the lot, I give and bequeath the same to my beloved wife, Hettie Dixon Winn. Item Vlll In the event that my beloved wife, Hettie Dixon Winn, elects or desires to pay my just debts, including my funeral expenses, and complies with Item Vl, within one year after my death, and pays same or satisfies my creditors; then and in this event I will and devise to my beloved wife, Hettie Dixon Winn, for and during her natural life, lot No. 2 herein described. Out of the proceeds of the sale the burial expenses of my beloved wife, Hettie Dixon Winn are to be paid to the extent of $200.00 and of the proceeds remaining of the sale of lot No. 2 I give and bequeath same equally to my six sons named in Item 5, in the same proportion, nammer and extent as given and bequeath them in Item 5 of the net proceeds of Lot No.1.
