Some Mullins settled in Mecklenburg County, NC and married children of Isaiah and Katherina/Catherina Parker (Catherina was possibly a Wallace prior to her marriage, but I have not proven this). Catherina died and Isaiah married a person named Agnes ca. 1800 - they (Isaiah (d. 1805) and Agnes Parker) had one child named Sarah. 4 of Isaiah Parker's children, Elizabeth (Betsy) married Clem/Clement Mullens, John married Lillie Mullen, Thomas Parker married Sarah / "Sally" Mullen, and Lucy Parker married _____Mullen. Perhaps these are the same people for whom you search as the Parkers who went to Bedford
