My great-grandmother was Martha Morton Shaddy and her sister was Letsy Morton Williams Robinson --Sometime between the 1850 census and the 1860 census she married Unknown William. In the 1860 census she was living home with her parents Joseph Morton and wife Anna Yates Morton and her two children were listed as --S. J. Williams age 3 female and M. D,Williams age 1 male they were later named in the will of her second husband --Henry T. robinson --as Sara Jane Williams and William D. Williams --- I have never been able to find a mariage record and I am sure it was part of the lost records. Does this fit with any of your Williams --the Joseph Morton home was on what is now called Robinson Rd just before you go up the Chestnut Ridge hill going south on 231-- Frances Roberts
