    1. Re: [TNBEDFOR] Recognize anyone?
    2. Sandra Lee, The Pearsons that you mentioned are mine. I don't know that I have Jordans--at least I haven't connected any to my family anyway--but I can tell you my line was in Hunters Creek, Franklin County, Georgia between 1810-1815, then sometime before 1820 (on the census) they are found on Sinking Creek in Bedford County, TN. (A deed also refers to one being a citizen of Alabama, so they might have detoured from Georgia). The family was from South Carolina, but I cannot figure out which county. Before arriving in Georgia and after leaving SC I found them in Madison County, NC. Other names that they connect with are Harrison, Dobbs, Thornton, Thorn, and Yates. Where in Bedford County were your Jordans? Since you are researching their Migration I wonder if you can tell me what type of group they were with? Was it a Baptist or other religious group, or was it family members just migrating in a clump? Or did they all serve together and get land grants in similar areas? Any ideas?
