Harpe, to his last place of residency, which was Shelbyville, Bedford County, TN 37160. His social security number was 191-28-9106, date of birth was July 25, 1933 and date of death was July 3, 1996. He was born and raised in Palmerton, PA. His parents, both deceased, were William Edward Harpe and Jean Harpe. He was married to my mother, Carol Barner Harpe, and they had three children - Cindy, James Scott and me, Richard W. Harpe. I would like to learn some sort of history about him, mainly his medical conditions, what he died of, etc. since I have his genes. Thank you for your consideration to this matter.
