I am not showing an obit in the Shelbyville Gazette. What you are looking at is the "index" to the death certificates which gives the date of deaths and the death certificate number. I do not have the death certificates, just the index (sorry). You can order the death certificate from TSLA or get a copy of it if you want to go to the Tenneessee State Library and Archives. It is possible another town ran his obit and possibly in the Nashville paper; however, I only have the Shelbyville Gazette. Sorry I could not be of more help.
