We just discovered that we had never posted the Index to the Bedford County, Tennessee, Circuit Court Minutes 1858 - 1859. This one is still in rough form and contains some errors plus the "et al."s are not yet expanded into lists of names where possible. Since most of the information is correct, we decided to go ahead and post the preliminary form and will post an corrected version, probably by early next week.
