I got my copy from Banks McLaurin, but that's been several years ago. At that time, he was in Dallas, TX. I believe I learned about the work on the Bledsoe list (Rootsweb), and he may be on that list. I could do lookups in my copies, but not right away, as I'm away from my materials.
