Hi Arline I think this may be the same family I have Matilda Creek(Crick) Married John N Smithson and Her sister Julia A Creek(Crick) married James I Victory. I think these are the daughters of Edmond but I may be wrong. Did they ever live in Rutherford Co. Ann, Yes, the family did live in Rutherford and also in Bedford. Most of the family went to Christian County, KY where they had many more descendants. There are Carltons and Cricks buried in the cemeteries there, just like in Rutherford county. Imagine my shock when Carol's mother-in-law said her family was from Rockvale, TN. That's how Jeff and I discovered we were 6th cousins. My grandmother was a Carlton from Rockvale.
