Steele, being first called and duly sworn, deposes and says: by Mr. B.D. Kingree. Q.1. What is your age residence and occupation A. I am 70 years old, live in shelbyville and am a farmer Q.2. Did you hold any office in Bedford Co Township? A Yes, Count Court Clerk for 12 ywears Q.3. You were acquainted with J.M. Tune in his life time. A. Yes, I married his sister Q.4. Please state whether or not the facts set out in the Bill with reference to teh ownership of said house and lot are true and correctly set forth? A Yes, and the ineterest of the parties are exactly as stated in the bill, being as follows: One half interest to Miss Bessie Murphree of Fort Worth, Tx and the other one half interest into ten shares to brothers and sisters and their descen- dants as follows: 1.
