did you know that you can order the whole CD of this book or just the pages you want from www.gscassociates.com. when that page opens, look under historical documents. you can order some pages and they will email them to you as a jpeg for a couple of dollars. the CD were under $15. I got some of the pages for my Allison line and a couple of the CDs. I have no financial connection to them. They were very nice to deal with. And for me being so very far away from good research facilities, it is just a wonderful resource.
