He was born in Ireland abt. 1833, and married abt. 1865 His wife was FRANCIS (FANNIE) SUGGS, born in North Carolina in Jan. 1836. Both her parents were born in North Carolina. Among their children was VALERIA HALEY, born March 31, 1873 in Shelbyville, Bedford County who married JAMES GALLAGHER artound 1891, probably in Alabama, where they ended up living. Other children, per 1880 census, include: WILLIAM HALEY, born 1858, Tenn. PAUL HALEY, born 1878, Tenn. JANE HALEY, born 1879, Tenn. Myron's occupation 1880 is listed as mechanic.
