I have read discussions on this list that there are two Flat Creeks. One in the north area but not in Bedford County and one associated with a stream called Flat Creek in the southeast side of Bedford County where many of my ancestors resided. I also understand the (north) Flat Creek is in Williamson County. Since I believe Bedford County was formed from parts of Williamson County then I don't know how the (north) Flat Creek could ever have been in Bedford County. Maybe someone else can tell you which Flat Creek the Rosebank Cemetery is associated with. Wayne Austin
