I am new to this list and I am looking for information regarding Alfred STOKES. He may have been born in Bedford County about 1828. I believe his parents were Thomas STOKES and Mary ROBBERSON, married in TN abt. 1820. Alfred STOKES married Margaret MALICOTE, 12 Dec 1855 in Greene County, MO. They had eight children.
