Witness in that the said James Hall for it in consideration of the sum of $90 to him in hand paid by the said Lemuel Bass the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath sold conveyed and bargained on to said Lemuel Bass 60 acres of land in the north side of Duck River on the waters of Caney Spring creek and the West part of the tract said Hall lives on.
