Hogg, I have surveyed for him a tract of land containing 20 acres situate in Bedford County on the waters of Caney Spring Creek. Beginning at the south west corner of a 100 acre entry in the name of William Woods on the east boundary line of David Wilson's tract on an elm and dogwood, thence with his line south 113 poles to an elm and Hickory, thence east 36 poles and 4/10 of a poles to a post oak and cedar, thence north 36 poles and 4/10 of a pole to a hickory in the south boundary line of a survey in the name of William Bruce, thence west with said that line 16 poles and 4/10 of a pole to a hickory and cedar, the southwest corner of said the Bruce, thence north 94 poles with Bruce's west boundary line to a stake in the south boundary line of William Woods tract, thence with Woods line West 20 poles to the beginning. Hogg by the register of West Tennessee on the 29th of May 1814, I have surveyed for Elias Billington assignee of Asa Fonville, four acres and 23 poles situate in Bedford County on the waters of Caney Spring Creek which by the specialties of the calls and interpretations of claims leaves a balance of 14 acres and 13 poles. Beginning on the west of boundary line of Patrick Mooney's survey in the northeast corner of a survey in the name of Elias Billington on a black oak lettered A running from thence west with the north boundary line of said at Billington survey 24 1/2 poles to a cedar and hickory and Elm, the northwest corner of a survey in the name of said Billington in the east boundary line of Elliott's survey thence north was said Elliott's line 26 poles to the south boundary line of a survey in the name of Tillman to a cedar and ash and,, thence with said Tillman's line east 25 1/2 poles to the northeast corner of Patrick Mooney tract, a black oak, thence with said Mooney's west boundary line 26 goals to the beginning.
