I have a question. Where would I look for a marriage record for someone I think might have been married in/around 1831 in Bedford County area? (I'm going to be looking for Moses Marshall born Jan 28, 1811 marrying his FIRST wife Nancy ________? She was born Apr 24, 1809.) (After Nancy died, Moses went on to marry again - not interested in second wife info) And if they don't have records going back quite that far... maybe I could find his son's marriage record in about the year 1854... Calvin T. Marshall b:abt 1832 marrying a Sarah J. ________? she was only about 15 years old if she told the truth on the census. I don't know when Nancy (_______) Marshall died (someone had between 1850 and 1860) and don't know where she is buried there in Bedford County.
