    3. Hi Betty!!! Just getting caught up with messages. I called my mother, who knew "Granny Mincy" (Sarah C. Haynes Wade Mincy) and her siblings. She never heard anything about Tom Webb marriage - that's not to say it wasn't her first marriage, brief and then not ever discussed again!!!!! Part of the internet confusion stems from a photo in the Shelbyville Gazette showing the reunion of the Haynes family. Sarah Caroline was identified IN ERROR as "Mrs. Wade Mincy" - a combination of her 2 known husband's surnames. I think I contacted the author of the internet info and tried to have this corrected but the error was still there the last time I checked. Mom also said that there were some Webb step-children in the line somewhere (will have to dig to find it in my files if we need to verify it) who eventually married into the family. Also noticed that the marriage records Kathryn Hopkins pulled for you didn't show a Webb marriage. Happy hunting!!!
