Clinton Courier Sept. 1986 Amos Wiggins Dies In Jellico A member of the Bethel Baptist Church, Amos Monroe Wiggins, 73, died last Thursday night at Jellico Community Hospital. The former resident of East Drive in Clinton had been living in Meadowbrook Nursing Home in Jellico. The U.S. Army veteran was preceded in death by his wife, Nola Wiggins. Wiggins is survived by five sisters, Mrs. Amanda Elliott, Mrs. Edna Webb, all of Clinton, and Mrs. Lucille Adkins of Ohio, and two brothers, Luke Wiggins of Minnesota and Mack Wiggins of Clinton. Funeral services were held Sunday at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton. Burial was in Bethel Cemetery.
